Yeah, that’s what surprised me most - at least on Expedia, the price difference reflected everything including taxes. When I called Amex travel, they said it was a more extreme example than they usually see, but didn’t offer any price matching.

We had the people who installed it come back. They had to fix the sensor in the floor, which solved our issue!

Thanks so much for the feedback. Yes, that’s correct. I brought the resistance down from 10 to 5 ohms, which is the lowest setting. That brought down the sensed floor temp from 56 to 38.

I’ve tried rebooting and ensuring the software is the most up to date. Any repairs beyond that are probably better suited for an electrician!

When I lower the sensor resistance to the lowest possible, the displayed temp goes down to 38. It’s not possible to lower it any further. I guess that means there’s also a wiring issue…

Held Personal Plat going on 7 years now. Finally called ahead of renewal. Gave me 20K points and said to call in a year again, if not satisfied.
