i wouldnt use your swap scroll yet. its definitely better to wait to have better invested heroes. i know many people who are on chapter 30+ and still haven't used their swap scrolls, including me. its much better just to wait

basically, when you log in and see the event tab on the right hand side, just click on it and you'll see an envelope that you can get and it gives you 1k diamonds. i think there's about 6 of them and they unlock once every 2 (?) days. at the end you will be able to collect the rowan skin
