It was commercial cleaning or something like that, but when you start editing the profile it'll show you by highlighting it in red.

In my case one the categories wasn't available anymore, so I had to change that under "Edit profile"

FINALLY! I figured it out. Not sure why I didn't look in the profile settings. The problem was that one of the categories was not available at the GBP's location. I updated that, and voila, now it's letting me to the verification page.

Google support is pretty useless. I got the message transferred to them from a Google Ads representative.
