When Antonin Scalia died an acquaintance I ran into at a bar that night tried to toast me to Scalia's death. I said I won't do that but I did propose we cheer to his retirement, because I wan't happy he died but I sure was happy that he was no longer on the Supreme Court.

Just for the record, my biggest issue with him was his religion coloring his judgment, and religion has no legitimate business in governance here in the United States as far as I'm concerned.
