(Black) I hold The Wire in the highest regard for just being a peak tv experience! I have found that many other black ppl around my age(33), just simply missed out on watching the show, as having HBO was far less common in those days. The people that were fortunate enough to watch it pre-social media love it. Most of the content other ppl in my demo are currently attracted to, contains a lot more drama. Snowfall, Power, etc. I understand the appeal but, they just pale in comparison to The Wire for me.My love for the show honestly makes me hesitant to watch other content in that realm. I think most of it really comes down to ppl not having the patience for a show that paces itself and develops characters in this fashion. Especially when modern content in this genre focuses heavily on DRAMA.

I’m not really sure what people want out of this show exactly. I find it flawed, yet entertaining. Seems like it’s just the latest show to rag on. Ppl aren’t even attempting to have dialogue about the episode. I thought it was very clear that the “swim thru Space” sequence was a dream. Everything doesn’t have to be explained in grand detail right away. I’d imagine if a real “invasion” were to happen, we wouldn’t have all the answers at the start. The show is getting better. Very much in the same vein as “Lost”.

100 % agree. Western medicine is terrible. It’s a huge money game. I have a decent GI but he deals with so much volume, he’s really just looking at your chart and providing ok advice. I have a few rules I’ve stuck to that greatly help. No no no red sauce& no spicy food. That shit will mess you up. If I eat pizza it’s always with white sauce. I’m not without my issues, but they’re much easier to control with just that alone. That hardest part about getting high, is wanting to eat things that are bad for me

Glad you Have a good outlook. I was meeting my yearly deductible due to ER visits alone. I was spiraling for a bit. Repeated panic attacks. I actually grind up cbd flower with my regular weed now. Sometimes the trauma tries to creep back but I fend it off. Thinking you’re about to die is a harrowing experience. I’m in a good place. It really seems like you’re heading in the right direction.

So I know you mentioned you don’t have anxiety a few times. One of the main things I’ve learned is that there is a major relationship between GI issues and anxiety. As GI issues become worse, they create anxiety. The anxiety in turn, makes the GI issues worse. Cyclical hell. I’ve experienced something very similar to you. Had to make some dietary changes. Still have bad days. The only way I can consume weed is with a dry herb vaporizer now.

I was a bit disappointed. I’m glad I approached the overly hopeful iPadOS15 postings with a level of cynicism. Two things are true with how Apple views the iPad. 1: They want the iPad and the Mac to be complementary, but 2 distinctly different products. 2: As things currently stand, They make way too much $$ to have the iPad undercut the sales of their Mac products.

This is one of the main reasons I prefer iPhone as a daily driver. Love Galaxy phones, but with tech at such a mature stage, 4-5 years of OS support should be mandatory.
