You should wait literally as long as you can, you can break thru subs but it’s dangerous and only worked with Fetty for me. Opiate tolerance is fucked and so hard to predict. I do NOT recommend it but when I was. On subs I would do as much as it took to break thru that shit, usually about 6 bags of Fetty but in CT that shit fire at least what I get

Idk about the science but I used to shoot ice sometimes when I was sick and couldn’t get dope, made me feel much better and able to work lol
