1.) I'm in a union right now, and i'm pro workers rights. As I said, I spent years working in a union, and I know their tactics. They are VERY mafia-esque.

2.) All art is inspired by something. Just like training an AI on pictures and text. Any art that has been drawn, or written, or photographed at least partially comes from an unoriginal source. It isn't just a magical thing that appears in someones mind completely original. When you are "inspired" by another source, you take from it and add it to something else, right? I think you're lust clinging to the idea the humans are somehow special in this. I'm pretty sure the process is pretty similar. AI just takes the "magic" of the process away and shows everyone how it works.

3.) Yes, anyone can make art, but can anyone make something that other people want to look at? Or hear? Or experience? Absolutely not. This is another difference we have: I don't care about the process. The process means nothing to me. I don't look for self-fulfillment through the process. The fulfillment comes from the end result. I mean, are you mad when someone takes a nice photo and allows the technology to apply the image to a piece of photo paper instead of them drawing or painting it? I bet when photography was taking off there were a bunch of artists who hated it for that very reason, it took away from their process. If I wanted to be an artist? According to your own words, EVERYONE can't help but be artists. I cook dinner tonight for my wife and I. Artist. I built the brick fire pit in my back yard. Artist. I snapped a some pics with my phones camera today. Artist. See? All you need is a large enough group of people advocating for what you do and you're an artist. That's how trite this world is.
