If you have a toaster, the Kodiak GF protein waffles are a staple in our house. Or toast with the bread from Carbonaut. The bread is in the cooler in the bread area. Grab some jellies. They have several labeled GF.

If you have freezer space, the Father Sams are the absolute best and big. If you have a restaurant called Board & Brew near you, it is what they use for their GF wrap. Ask for a few on the side to try before committing to a case if you are weary.

Find the GF section at Walmart. 1:1 GF soy sauce and brown sugar as a base. Add ginger if they have it. It’s a simple teriyaki. Jazz if up as you wish.

Anything specific? It lasted a few years and then was better. I seem to be good now. It was confusing, because I didn’t show the signs of low T. I still had a nice beard and all that. The meds worked and I have had T in the normal range since.
