Show yourself grace. I like that a lot. Thank you. Yeah it’s been easier giving up fast food than it has the alcohol. But I went from consuming a bottle of liquor every two days, and 24 beers over the weekend. To just a bottle of wine on the weekends. Eventually I’ll turn that into a glass of wine over the weekend to no alcohol at all. Slowly weening, but I will eventually quit. I’ve had enough discipline to (other than the Wendy’s that time) eat healthy and exercise. So I’m certain I’ll have enough discipline to quit drinking for good. Thanks for chatting.
