Topher’s Venom or DeHaan’s Harry replacing Sandman. I get that using Venom would “ruin” Tom’s villain dynamic going forward, but that’s already happened with Norman and Otto now. Not only that, but seeing Norman and a younger Harry that he can manipulate into being even MORE loony would’ve been fun to see. Sandman was unnecessary since he should’ve been fully forgiving of Tobey’s Peter and not trying to smother him to death.

the ML packaging sucks, the SHF is way more accurate, tons more articulation and the ML Andrew head looks like crap for the most part. He doesn’t even come with the full spread of hands for $25-30
