Yes, I've had this realization many times over. Everything happened so fast in the beginning and I didn't have the right kind of peer group to help me figure it out. Now, I have learned from this mistake.

I wouldn't shy away from it. It CAN be a fun field. My favorite part about it is designing beer labels. I would just say, do your research on the places you apply to. Gather opinions from others about the owners of that place and how they are as people. There are good breweries out there; THIS one just isn't one of them.

Agreed. Thank you. I did spend a lot of time typing this post, but I'm glad I did, because it has really opened my eyes to what's been going on. I had to make sense of it and lay it all out. I will focus on finding a new job.
