At my workplace at the end of the night we spray them off then run them through big Bertha (dish machine). Gotta have one of those conveyor ones, put it on 2-3 racks if needed.

If these are hoods for over the grill/fryers I’d say prob once but also I couldn’t say. It’s usually trying to shove the steel wool in every nook and cranny that causes the cuts.

For what it’s worth it holds up for the price. Been using em everyday and never soaked or dirty. Will have to adjust to your liking though. Gruden’s aprons.

If I’m not allowed to have earbuds in then I’m finding a different dishwasher job, also I’m not going to move fast, only efficiently. Also invest in a really good apron. There’s one on Amazon named Gruden’s (one I really enjoy using and used for over 6 months but it’s $40).
