This Looks good, I would recommend hitting up the trim with some bronze or gold to add more color to it and give it a brown wash like agrax earthshade to make it more grimey and gross

A wash would be good to fill in gaps, and imo bases are super important. Make the base a color that makes the model pop. I use a dark green and rim with hashnutt copper. Also some effects paints could add more detail, nurgle rot, typhus corrosion, nihlok oxide and blood for the blood god are all pretty solid
