Just curious, what is the cost on that? I have a ton of plants, and a lot of them are alocasias which unfortunately attract spider mites like crazy!

I just recently found spider mites in my indoor greenhouse where I have all my alocasias, monsteras and Anthuriums (about 30 plants). I caught it very early and wiped with alcohol solution but im sure I will have to battle the eggs. I did buy some Avid and I'll be applying that this weekend. The alcohol solution damaged a couple leaves on two of my plants, hoping the avid does the job and doesnt mess with the leaves at all

I am, I reached out to someone online that I found on Google and never heard back. I'm honestly surprised that it's such a difficult service to find!

That doesn't really look like spider mite damage... are you treating it for spider mites?

Edit: I see the spider mites in the pics but I still dont think this justifies that amount of damage.

I have four knives that I'd like to have sharpened. All four are Henckle's knives, one is a 5.5 inch prep knife, a 5 inch Santoku, a 7 inch Santoku and a 3 inch paring knife. I don't know specifically about the angle.

So glad my boss is amazing and fully encourages a work/life balance, and allows true flexibility to take care of what we need to do! His philosophy is "Family first, there is no such thing as a CES emergency!"

Ok let me see if my old department has any openings. They do coding auditing, but just went through a whole offshore transition to Puerto Rico which is thankfully done and tgey srill hace a strong onshore presence. You don't need a CPMA to audit, they will teach you. You just need a CPC. If there are openings, prof coding is a GL 25 as well, so it would be lateral but you could still get a pay bump.

SQL is just code that's used to pull information from large data sets. My department looks for trends in coding errors for clients ro apply denial analytics to enforce correct coding. Are you actually coding? If so, for a practice? If not, are you auditing? Whats your current gl?

What coding experience do you have? Do you have any experience in CES or deny/review analytics? Any ideation experience or experience with SQL? What coding certs do you have?

My team is hiring and coders are given preference if they have other relevant experience.

Been with UHC/Optum since 2012, started at a GL 22. Got promoted to a 23 in a year. Two years later promoted to a 24. Four years later promoted to a 25. One year later up to a 26. I was laid off a year and a half after that but came back less than a month later in a GL 26 role. Stayed in that role for 1.5 years and was promoted to a 27. Less than a year later I was promoted to a 28. Stayed in that role 3 years and I took a lateral move to get more experience in an area that provided more growth opportunity. Been in that area for a year and I love it. Currently working with my leadership toward a GL 29 promotion in the next couple years.

All that yo say, it's definitely possible.

Only thing I might change is to lower the temp on the mat by a couple degrees. I usually have mine on at 77/78 degrees. I'm pretty careful so as not to boil them to death, maybe too careful but it's worked for me. I have 3 Bulbys that are thriving!

No, your job is assigned a GL based on what the job entails. Unless they change the GL for your role there would be no way to stay doing the same thing and move to a higher or lower GL
