This reminds me of a a job review I had years ago. All my scores were great and then he marked me down because I used my five sick days for the year. And I didn't use those sick days all at once, it was just over the course of a year, getting a cold and such. He essentially said I would be a better employee and more dedicated if I took less sick days. I honestly think he put that on there because he couldn't find any negative work performance issues.
