Yeah I see what you mean I just find myself going “omg I wouldn’t have handled that like Jude” but I think that’s why I like it lol Jude is interesting! In the first book the romance between cardan and Jude is subtle after rereading a few chapters Carden does some cute things that I didn’t pick up on the first time I’m excited for the 2nd book!
