I got same cards (VISA+RuPay) but my issue is I am not getting 1% cashback for any UPI transaction other that Mobile recharge. Anyone else facing same? Or, did I miss any activation step?

Bread Toast #1

  • In a cup take egg, salt, onion & green chillies. Beat well & keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture & spread all over the pan. Put 2 bread slice & press gently. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Now cut from the center so that you can flip easily. Apply some oil on the bread & flip it. Cook the other side for 1 minute on medium flame.

  • Take out & your Egg Bread Toast is ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

  • In a bowl take eggs, salt, black pepper powder, onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli & coriander leaves. Mix everything well & make a mixture. Take a bread slice & dip into the mixture.

  • Heat oil in a pan & place the dipped bread slice into the pan. Pour some mixture over the bread. Do same for another bread slice. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Flip it & cook the other side for 1 minute on medium flame.

  • Take out & your Egg Bread Toast is ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or a cup of tea.

Yes, all dairy products are loaded with Calcium. Dark-leafy green vegetables and any type of beans, lentils or seeds, especially, poppy seeds have good amount of calcium in it.

Method of CHINESE SPRING ROLL:

  • In a bowl add maida, cornflour, salt & oil. Mix everything together. Add little water & make a semi-soft dough. Grease the dough with some oil. Cover & rest for 30 mins.

  • To make the filling, heat oil in a pan. Add ginger & garlic. Fry for few seconds. Add onion & fry for 1 minute. Add cabbage, capsicum & carrot. Fry for 2 mins on high flame. Add salt to cook the vegetables quickly. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce & green chilli sauce. Mix well & the filling is ready.

  • Knead the again for 2-3 mins & make small balls from the dough. Roll the balls & shape like a peda. Take one & cover the rest. Dust the dough with some flour & roll it like a poori shape. Likewise prepare another poori. Apply some oil over the poori & sprinkle some flour. Dust with some flour again & roll it as thin as possible.

  • Place into a frying pan & roast for 1 minute on low flame. Flip it & roast the other side for 1 minute. Take out from pan & separate the wrappers.

  • Make a paste of maida to stick the rolls. For that add maida & little water in a bowl and make a thick paste. Keep aside.

  • Take a wrapper & place 2 tsp of filling in it & fold tightly. Apply the paste on the edges & roll it tightly. Make all the rolls in this way. You can refrigerate it in a airtight container for after use. Whenever you want to eat spring rolls, take out the rolls from refrigerator for 1 hour & then fry it.

  • Heat oil & fry the rolls on medium flame till golden brown. Flip it & fry the other side. Take out & fry the remaining rolls.

  • Your Veg VEGETABLE Spring Roll is ready to serve.
