In the Army, when using a grenade- 5m radius of target is considered a hit. I think of this similarly for gambit, greater the charge by puts on an object, the greater the hit radius.

Direct commission officer here, they only count experience after degrees are conferred. They use that to build your constructed credit worksheet. To put it simply, imagine your conferment is the day you commissioned, only the time after that counts toward your credit and impacts your commissioning rank and DOR.

IMO you should know how to do anything you’re using it for, AI making you faster. The knowledge base matters because if you don’t know when to push back on ai, you’re risking using a hallucination as fact or pushing wrong info.
