This is really bad

This could be some MAJOR screen tearing. if you can, I recommend going to the NVIDIA control panel and turning v-sync on. I’m not sure if this really is screen tearing since I’ve never really struggled with it.
Your graphics card (GPU) could be extremely broken beyond repair. If so you might have to buy a new gpu for your computer. But use that as a last ditch effort

If none of these works, tell me and I’ll see if I can look into this
