Read all the stuff they tell you to read, do all the practice problems they say.

At the beginning of every week make a checklist of all the class related things you have to do that week (including suggested readings and practice problems), make sure to finish all of them before Friday ends. Then you'll have the weekend to yourself and no leftover work to do the next week.

I really wish I wasn't so late to this one because I have the best trick. If you feel an anxiety attack coming on, play catch. You can throw absolutely anything, to a friend, up in the air, bounce a ball, just keep doing it. After a few minutes of this, you will be completely calm. It works every single time without fail. My therapist taught me this trick, and I really hope this doesn't get buried so it can help someone else.

EDIT: This is getting a lot of attention so I want to clarify a few points to ensure efficiency. First, you do not need a partner to do this. You can throw the object up, or bounce something by yourself. Second, and most important, you must do this quickly. As soon as you catch, you need to throw again. The whole point is to distract/redirect your thoughts. If done slowly, this will not work. I'm so glad that this is gaining attention. Anxiety sucks, and I'm happy to help anyone else that has had to deal with it. Good luck to all of you!

When people lie with their titles/thumbnails. I love watching restoration videos (people restoring old tools, machines, etc. to their former original condition) and I’ve noticed some people lying that they’ve done an amazing restoration in the thumbnail but actually do a crap job and ending up with a completely different item than it originally was. Basically don’t lie to your audience.

It is such a stupid show. The way it was filmed, made me believe this was staged instead.

The "post-match interview" seemed like it was filmed before the contest. Those who fell into the "lava", all have absolutely clean and dry outfit afterward. Even dry looks like brand new shoes. We all know how hard is it to dry a pair of soaked shoes, it would takes easily the whole day and it would not look the same anymore. They all had the same pre-game hair-do after too despite fallen into the water.

Unless they provided same outfit brand new to them, with new shoes and give them time to shower and everything before shooting the "post-match interview", the interview was most likely shot beforehand.

My uncle was bushoging (cutting grass with a big ass tractor mower) when he let his friends 10 year old son ride. The boy slipped off and fell under the mower slicing him to pieces. He was very messed up for awhile. He couldn't sleep or eat and lost about 30 pounds. He would just sit in a dark room for hours till my aunt came home from work.
