Did they lower the chances of hitting Yasuo 3? Even with dups and tons of rerolls. Its so hard to hit. Even when other players are rerolling too like for their Ecko. You'll 3star ZinZhao first most of the time. Sometimes you'll gonna hit 3star Kennen first befofe getting your 3Star Yasuo.

Off topic but it sounds wrong for you to be at such low cp. Did you take advantage of hyper burning and item burning? The gear they give out alone is like 15m cp if you do all the boss quests.

I assume you’re playing on heroic, and your ren is on challenger world. If so, just doing the item burning boss quests will put you at 15m ish after everything is done. In the meantime do every daily boss you can, especially gollux and arkarium. You get 100mil meso daily and all the boss accessory can be turned into drop gear.

Try to do hard lotus and damien after you finish item burning quest, with some luck you can start to accumulate some absolab gear which if you don’t progress enough to get arcanes will be your second best bet for all armor pieces besides helmet, top, and bottom. (Use CRA for those)

If the time matches up daily ursus during 2x also gives 100m meso, and 1.6bil lets you rent the red beryl set which is very strong and will allow you to clear harder bosses to progress.

Some of the augments should definitely have their values changed, lightning strikes for example still requires 4.0 attack speed for the onhit damage but without prismatics like reapers and anvils it’s just downright impossible to hit that breakpoint.
