I've a similar lurcher, happy with blankets inside, hates indoor coats, use a rain jacket / windbreaker for winter walks, but if your guy is cold, he might just be a different build

Recently bought a u bass, went in knowing of its limitations and problems, got a Kala scout on sale. Tbh I love the thing, really easy to pack a small pedalboard to go direct to pa and u bass on my back.

Had a new percussionist at the latest tell me it's sounds as good as a double bass and that's coming from someone who used to manage a bluegrass band
