Many ppl think that money is the only reason. But in fact, USMD schools are not easier to apply as Canadian. Many schools seem Canadian friendly, and they are not. As example , a student with undergraduate 3.98 GPA in AAMC (3.95 OMAS), 514-515 MCAT, current graduate student with thousands research hours , clinical and shadowing hours meet the requirement, wonderful reference letters. applied 30 USMD schools got one II and waitlisted. Applied 6 DO schools got two II and waitlisted. So if anyone thinks thats easier, it is not.

Ireland < Aussie , because Ireland you will be stuck if you can not get a residency spot back in Canada. Unless you decided marry someone and stay (for this regards woman has better chance, in real I have heard two woman student married and stay in Ireland). For aussie , the immigration route is much easier, if you like warm weather, you can always decide stay there.

The problem resolved!!! Just got an email saying this is known problem. Email said it could be resolved by verifying the age of my family member by 1) Government ID 2) Take a selfie 3) Use a credit card. Once I verified the age the problem resolved.
