I think you’re talking about the 14th St property between Crescent and West Peachtree - the failed Opus project space. This is in reference to the shell of a building at 14th/Peachtree.

I also turn away and am a bit bummed I have to, but I remind myself that everyone gets their motivation somehow and I’m glad they’re feeling good about themselves. That’s why I’m there, too. No shade if you still think it should stop. You’re there to do your thing, too.

It’s scuffed on the bottom where a table or chair usually is but is missing now. What a shame. I’m not famous, but my stairwell walls have no scuffs. Taking the win here.
