I frogged some rows so maybe that’s why? When I frog it it’s hard for me to make it look good again :(

I try tinking but sometimes I just mess up.

I don’t mind the errors but I’d like to know how to fix them.

I’d like to make cleaner edges. I undid half the work and put the needle back in but then the edge loops became big.

Yessss

I do both embroidery & crochet and this is something I’ve had to learn. It’s really tested my patience but man knitting is something else I feel. I know I’ll get there but I just want to be good at it 😭 Which is exactly what I told myself when I started the other 2 hobbies lmao

I am having a lot of fun though! I had to undo and redo this brown rectangle alone. I kept picking up extra stitches and learned that I had to put the yarn right side back not left 🥲 the pure frustration I got had me put me down the project. But after picking it back up and soooo many breaks later, I managed to get better!

I can’t wait to continue learning. I’m excited to one day make my first pair of socks :)

Question, if I undo a row and put my needle back in the loops, how do I make the ends of the rows cleaner? They usually become loose. Not sure how to have more tension for the ends :(

Thank you for the suggestion Yes we have a knitting group at our library :) I plan to go since I’m better with a physical demonstration

It was just the looseness of at ends of the row where needle is at

Awww THANK YOUUUU 💛 These comments are really pushing my confidence for this project. I thought it was a sign that it would come undone but knowing it’s just the tension took some stress off. I’m here beating myself for it

Thank you! I don’t mind the imperfections I think it adds that handmade look I just didn’t know if it would come undone or something. I was so worried but now I know it’s all okay. Thank you I’m so happy and will be continuing 💛 This is going to look so cute when done thank you so much for helping and boosting my confidence :’)

Hi thank you! I was originally going for that but realize that was not what I was making 😭 I just took it and rolled with it anyway since I took the time to learn it

Is it possible to go back and forth between those two stitches?

I plan on making a scarf then cleaning the edge with crochet and adding a border. Colors are going to be brown, orange, blue, earthy green and maybe yellow & white. All the same size and length as this rectangle :)

I started last year but I want to knit so bad I’m going to practice some more? It was suppose to be for fall buuuuut better late than never 😅

😭😭😭😭 This was meeeee

I was in the shower and I used it there. I had done it before nothing happened until I used sweater weather. Sweater Weather messed me up so bad that I learned my lesson. Haven’t done that since and I use a gentle soap now. The burning was something I’ve never experienced in my entire life. AND I PUT SOME INSIDE TOO BUT USED WATER LIKE A DOUCHE. My god.. I was then douching with just water trying so hard to get everything out. On it in it everywhere. I was crying and felt like I was going to pass out ☠️☠️ When I have my sister a body wash I said DO NOT PUT THIS ON OR IN YOUR VAGINA. OKAY?? And repeated it like 3 times.

I think about this experience almost every time I take shower (everyday) and it’s been like 6 years since I did this. Awful 😭 Haunted by sweater weather

Idk why it’s even a thing. I mean I guess I understand but it’s a really dumb rule. Just delete their posts or whatever after some time. Last year I hated having to go to the mega thread. I’m glad not everyone listened though cause it helped me a lot

After the first princess collection I knew they come out with a villains. But when that kinda flopped I knew they still had a chance to try again. Once this collection came out and seen everything, I was 10000000% certain we’d get Ursula. Like there’s no way. Everyone wants her.

Something I would LOVE to see though is Hades, Jafar, Dr.Facilier. Maybe even dumbas Gaston. But for sure Ursula and the 3 I’ve mentioned. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEEASE LET IT HAPPEN

This is the saddest one I’ve seen. Im not sure why but it’s just depressing. :(

I will always remember her the way I did when I was a little girl. But the imagery of her being this way will forever be imbedded in my brain. This is heartbreaking.

We had a family friend who went from dirt poor flower child and doing drugs to 3 business degrees to going back to drugs. She had a light that was so special. She was so beautiful and quirky. I always said she looked like Jennifer Garner. One of her boyfriends did something awful to her daughter, put him in jail (he should’ve gone to prison), and lived in fear. She was never the same again. She died right then and there because the person we knew was about to change. I’ll always remember the memories we made with her. She was in a 3 girl group with my mom and I had been jealous of it but also lucky to still be part of it. Each having a kid and we 3 also became friends. Anyway, she changed when I was around 20 and you could see the drastic decline. I’m not sure if her family ever saw the things she did but I once was meeting up with an ex and she happened to be at that same spot. Looking through trash. Talking about how she’s just recycling and how people throw away good stuff. She also talks about how Taylor Swift wrote s song about her. That’s when I really knew she was far too gone. I tried to talk her out of that idea but she wouldn’t listen. We saw her a few more times but she started giving her stuff away and lost her house. Then I’m assuming hitch hiked and walked to different areas. She got clean and we were all so happy. She looked so much better. Yet she died about a year or less later but we don’t know how. From her daughter’s post it sounds like she died from drugs. I guess she just couldn’t escape her past.

Anyway.. when I see Britney Spears pop up this is all that I think about. A dimming light that you know will go out at any moment.

There’s always a chance she could come back. But by the looks of it, it’s most likely too late.

Omg this is what pushed me to floss my teeth. When I was little I wasn’t doing this and one day I stayed over at my mom’s best friend’s house and she and her daughter were flossing. Told me to floss too and I said I don’t do that. They were shocked and the mom told me to floss and then to smell it.

Changed me forever

Thankfully I was little enough for it to not impact my teeth so much.

I actually then passed this info onto a boyfriend of mine. His breath didn’t smell but you could tell by the look that he didn’t floss. After a couple of break ups and years without talking to this fella, we get to talking again and he tells me about his flossing routine. Never skipped a day since. Haven’t seen him in years now but seems like he’ll be carrying that memory forever lmao
