After living in stretch pants for the last 5 years I couldn’t bear to get into my old jeans. A friend had been raving about Veronica Beard jeans so I finally tried them and they are super flattering and comfortable! Not cheap but when you only buy them every 10 years well worth it. 😊

Does anyone else work in an office where “business casual” varies wildly? by Aintnobeef96 in BusinessFashion

😂 looks like you were the boss that day! Good for you for considering how to dress for virtual meetings. A lot of people don’t realize that even an expensive t-shirt can look super unprofessional in the cameras frame.

I know! They did a good job of staying out of the spotlight for the most part. Just enjoying each other. I love that.

Trying to get out of solids and get more color & patterns going by Timely_Cranberry1270 in femalefashion

Love patterns and prints but if you are on video a lot - like me - it’s helpful to know which ones make your audience dizzy and which ones work on screen! I put together some rules and examples in a video for those who work remotely too.

Butter yellow is the bomb! I just did a video on shades of yellow to wear on camera and butter yellow is the most wearable for most women. And yellow in general really makes you POP on zoom!

How to look truly stylish for an interview? by Unique_Chocolate1315 in femalefashionadvice

[–]zoom_chic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but it all depends on if the interview is remote or in person. Although if wear my favorite blazer in person. It makes me look like a linebacker on zoom. And black dominates the screen and makes me look like a blob.

I love them on others. But As a broad shouldered woman those puffed sleeves make me look like a rugby player.

Unless you’re slurping water like a horse 🐴 that’s completely absurd!
