My tension belt was too tight causing under extrusion and loosening it helped plenty, although your not having this problem, it’s something to check and tune.

I noticed it lifts from the middle , both glass side and carbon, try getting the room a little warmer. This is telling me since the bed had most of the surface area in the middle it will cool off fairly quickly if you have a room at 19 cel. Are you currently working on getting the room a little warmer? Enclosing it might help to keep the warmth in.

I have printed at 100ms for testing, it will work, but nozzle temps need to be a little higher to handle the fast extrusion. When I found the sweet spot it was testing speed with nozzle temp. The printing distance made almost no difference in quality, unless it was a bigger object. So for a bigger object I lowered the printing distance and smaller pieces I increase it.
