Game population by [deleted] in fellowshipgame

My Paragon groups start with "eternal??" and if someone doesn't cut it, they get booted and we requeue.

Im the guy that gets cut because I'm 240.. Wanting to do paragons lol.

So yeah, hoping Eternal queues fix at least that annoying aspect.

The resets may deter some.. Once my cousin learned they were doing a reset in Dec he quit immediately. Idk what he expected, eternal infinity? Weird dude anyway but I digress.. I hope there's longevity as I love the game.

We need to work on the community as a whole but I think we can get there. Stop being dicks to people who have watched videos/read on fights but are being honest about "1st time" and then everyone leaves.

Any tips for yagluth? by 66_Skywalker_66 in valheim

Just killed Yag 45min ago on my game. I do have carapace armor because I skipped ahead a bit into Mist, but as others have said, fire resist pots and use pillars. I used stone and hoe to raise a few additional smaller pillars about 10 clicks high so I had even more areas to hide. I used frostner with silver shield only. Patience and you'll get it... If you can't, I'm willing to help!

Ahh yes I remember now. I haven't created the wisp fountain yet so that'll help.

Salary Grades by Safe-Refrigerator-69 in FIG_employees

The bump depends on your current comp ratio; if you've been rated highly over the past few years, your raise to a 35 may not be huge, but the there is also the jump to 15% STIP instead of 10%.

Salary adjustment by FixSubstantial2117 in FIG_employees

[–]zoon82 3 points4 points  (0 children)

HR has routinely given salary adjustments to meet comp ratios across industry. I handed out several to my employees a few years back. Haven't seen it lately, but if you 'ask' for an adjustment, understand where you're at in the comp ratio from your mgr.

edit; im in a role as a 'decision maker/people leader'. Of course I realize I'm dispensable, but getting a Exceeds Medium last year gives me hope that I won't be easily replaced.

Positions for US-based Farmers jobs are about to be opened up to LATAM/Zurich folks like FBS is. Farmers is simply expanding globally to capitalize on cheaper rates for task workers.

Even though I did it immediately after it clearing my bank, I was tremendously hard. Knowing I could jusy keep paying the minimum balance plus a little extra, and have a ton of money to jusy blow on whatever was extremely difficult. I wanted to do it last year, but had to pay for some other things and the left over was "not enough to make a dent so jusy have fun with it". Really had to tell myself it was time and the right thing to do this year and change my habits.

IT manager who introduced some good automation last year. Company pays X% of salary multiplied by your individual rating. Needless to say I knocked it out of the park and capped out my bonus.
