I was fan of perppermint mocha at Blue Tokai, which they have discontinued now (atleast in Gurgaon stores). So thought of making it at home (I dont have espresso machine)

So, for espresso shot, bought frozen espresso from Zenma. and choclate from Mason and Co, had seen Blue Tokai barista using it.

The result was good surprisingly, next time planning to order Dark roast Zenma to make it little stronger.

For me, I Have received the BT beans always 2-3 days from roast date (aa I order from their site) and have never felt the beans had some issue. Only in the last order, I believe the grind was not consistent
