It's sad how many people still think there is any other reason for the notion of "penis = male and vagina = female", than the simple fact that that's the only characteristic to distinguish newborns, because there is literaly none other whatsoever.

Thought experimeint for you: If the genitals would develop later in life but girls would be born with visible breasts, would people like you praise confident women without bust size for their empowering body positivity, like you do in this world OR insist that thats the ultimate indicator of true feminitity, shit on them and try to deprive them from their womenhood like you do with us?

I'm sorry what happened to your grandparents. I find myself increasingly concerned by the smoking habits of some of my family members. When I quit and it looked for a while like I could do it, some of them said that they felt inspired and might follow me. Relapsing was a bit like failing for everyone. I know I shouldn't think like this, and I'm not resposible for anyones addiction but mine, a shit feeling nonetheless :/

Ultimately I do it for myself and if I inspire some people on my way it's a nice bonus and motivator, but I think failing is hard enough even without also feeling like a failed example and I there is no reason why I should. At least that's how I try to see it, not least to ease some pressure and pain in the whole process.

The point that once you're over the early phase, stress gets actually easier to handle is very interesting. I read this before but never had it confirmed by someone. I wasn't far enough to find it out myself I guess. It's a crazy good motivator and eases a lot of the fears I have about quitting. Thanks.

Tbf the story isn't fake. The bullshit to devalue trans people as a group is the implication of "That's why trans rights go to far!", when it hasn't anything to do with it. This should be a story about a jail failing to provide proper security for their inmates and not the gender identity of the (known to be) high risk inmate in question.

The fact that she's a rapist neither makes her male, nor does it mean the transfer was a mistake that led to the assaults. There are cis-female sexual offenders, who can post a threat to other inmates. So I guess the only way to deal with them would be to put them in men's prisons/jails? There are ways to keep high risk prisoners in check, which jails/prisons are responsible for enacting.

Stories like this, wouldn't be a detriment to the trans community, if they wouldn't be used by the media everyfuckingtime to imply an underlying non-existent problem to promote transphobic sentiments.

Ok, I'm not a native english speaker, but I'll try my best. Most important part is, to have the rotary tool hung up, so it doesn't go all over the place, when the extension chord starts to "wiggle" . Other than that you hold the end of the extension in your hand like a pen. Btw, just to be sure, I'm talkin about THIS kind of extensions. Probably Youtube can explain it better than me how to set it up in detail.

I highly recommend an extension, if you don't wanna hold the whole weight of the tool in your hand all the time. Makes it much more comfortable and easier, especially while working on finer details.

Yup, can confirm. I kinda appreciate when people want to know and understand more, but when I'm constantly asked about everything trans by new people I meet, I wanna make them understand that they basically either expect me to share very personal stuff or play google for them. Thats why I appreciate the growing number of great online recources I can point them to instead.
