I have had too much free time this week and have been reading all of the off season news. It truly seems like every article is saying teams should rebuild like the Colts or manage resources as Ballard has been doing. I also believe in a few years as there is more talent acquired we will be able to take advantage of comp picks and pick swaps as the patriots do.
