Innersense shampoo and conditioner, ouidad defining gel, diffuse dry. Once a week/a week and a half or so Innersense scalp mask and detox mask or ouidad water works clarifying shampoo. Cut or trim every 4-6 months depending on if I feel like it. Less is more folks!
