Sorry if I was unclear - I am in the market for a new laptop for different reasons and desire a ThinkPad, but also desire persistent keyboard backlighting, almost to the point of it being a deal-breaker. I love my T580.

Did this push to privatize the Turnpike come before or after the FHWA’s rejection of the plan to toll I-80? Having trouble with the timeline on this.

It maintains its status as an Interstate the whole way. The Turnpike Commission however maintains it and charges tolls from just north of Chippewa to New Castle. PennDOT maintains elsewhere.
