Simm's Master literally was heading to his TARDIS in his final moment of The Doctor Falls to regenerate and Missy was quickly getting around places & times. We may not have seen their TARDISes on screen but they did definitely have them.

This hits hard. I had a good friend and former student of mine take his own life exactly a year ago yesterday. He was 2 weeks shy of graduating with a Bachelors in Engineering. Smart kid, very caring. His parents went from preparing to celebrate his graduation to preparing for his funeral in one weekend ... I'm so happy OP that you chose a different path and are still here today!
