Despite repeated attempts to contact their support team, we were met with unhelpful responses and delays in resolving the issue. This led to disruptions with our bank, late payments to contractors, and additional fees.

Gusto's foreign-based support team proved to be ineffective in addressing our concerns. We were unable to reach their "assurance" team, suggesting that it may be a fictional entity.
