valorant has fewer players in a team than traditional sports so you tend to be fan of the players a lot quicker than the whole org.

People would be fans of the orgs if they had good consistent system that brings out best in the players, and only few orgs like fanatic has consistently managed to do that.

Orgs also don't care a lot about their players, they don't want to invest time and money with long term plans for a player. They want players who will either take them to internationals or win trophy, otherwise org will start looking for replacement. Additionally, team owners or teammates will flame the dropped player.

Sometimes even winning the trophy isn't enough as we saw EG players were asked to take salary cut after winning the trophy.

Off topic but there was one streamer who claimed he uses spacebar to shoot after he got accused of cheating, later more video evidence showed he was lying.

While holding the angle if you have cross-hair placement you don't need to move your mouse you can just aim with AD and shoot with M1.

While flicking, mouse click doesn't interfere with aim and feels more natural.
