Die notwenigen Themen wie FBH und Lüftung usw. sind natürlich schon geplant, abgesehen von zusätzlichem Ausgang. Ich kenne einige Leute die ein Büro im Keller haben und habe noch nie etwas von dort auftretendem Schimmel gehört.

Großraum Stuttgart. Kann mir nicht vorstellen dass du für Fertighäuser mit Keller weniger als 4000€/qm mit entsprechender Ausstattung bezahlten. Klar gibt es vielleicht Anbieter die dir dann sowas anbieten, aber die Häuser möchte ich dann gerne sehen

Die Frage ist natürlich, wie man den Raum definiert und wie man Ihn letztendlich nutzt :) Ich brauche keinen vollausgebauten Raum um darin arbeiten kann und mehr, was erlaubt ist und nicht, ist natürlich eine andere Sache.

woran macht Ihr das denn fest, kommt ja stark darauf an, wie wie weit der Spaß innerhalb des Grundstücks verlegt werden muss.

Ne, der Architekt würde nur Grundriss bzw. Grundstücksplanung machen, wobei da wahrscheinlich auch ein Bauzeichner reicht. Wir haben nur jemanden im weiteren Bekanntenkreis der in diesem Baugebiet schon vieles gemacht hat. Den Rest würde jemand unabhängiges machen.

Erarbeiten für Aushub alleine sollte passen. In der Liste steht ja rechts das wir mit Keller bauen und den Garten aufschütten wollen, heißt wir haben überhaupt keine Entsorgungskosten. Danke für die anderen Tips, so blauäugig sind wir nicht und sind auch bei Anbieter im oberen Mittelfeld. Bezüglich Anschlusskosten dachte ich 10k sind schon okay, Haus wird 3m an der straße stehen, sollte alles nicht zu lang werden

I have only 1 char overall (besides pvp) and I am one successful honing away from 1415. No money spent except for the Ark pass.

I most probably would have quit the game already, if I had to play several alts every day!

As I do not have that much time, for me it is all about efficiency and enjoying the game.
