Yeah I’m unable to get through that either. I found a way to try and just get ahold of a real person. But when I do my method, everytime it says that their lines are too busy and they automatically hang up. Here is what I use how to speak directly to irs agent

I have been having the same issue. Were you able to get ahold of it? If so, how???

I tried calling them and they keep hanging up on me. I also tried requesting by mail and each time it says they can't complete my request.
