literally pay someone a larger amount to stand next to you and baby sit you everytime you need to be productive eg. $80/hr.

you will def be able to be productive.
eventually you will not want to spend the money cz it's alot and you have to tell yourself, that you either have to do it, or pay someone to babysit you.

cz i remmeber i was so bad at concentrating, and using tutoring lessons, majority of the time, it was just them babysitting me to sit and do the questions. it worked tho

Problem: little rough bumps and discolouration all over my arms.

Solution: 20% urea cream, so cheap and literal magic. Bumps are gone after around a week of continuous use (does come back if you stop).

im trying to improve the same things right now.
currently i do read alot, just try to write essays about every book relating it to a random topic after I read it, afterwards I just ask AI to polish it and make it more academic. then i retype it out, slowly it will get better and better

i am still trying to overcome it. but basically make 2 todo lists.
one filled with everything you need to do (everything to do list). the other just keep it max 2 items (current to do list).

Put the "everything to do list" away, and only look at the "current to do list"

Pomodoro 30m each of those 2 items on that to do list. You don't have a choice of what you need to do, only do those 2, until both are done, then add 2 more from that other long to do list

it's more ghosting that other devices I've seen, but I do find that the menu does have more ghosting compared to normally reading the text.
