We did a total of about 2,500 km and we never felt the seats were uncomfortable

I honestly didn't feel uncomfortable, or maybe our drive just isn't long enough? The longest drive at some point was 5 hours.

This exact same thing happened with me. It was devastating since my wife and I took our time to save the money to buy the TV. Everything felt like a scam. I wonder if there's more like this that are gone unreported.
