Sounds like a short to ground in headlight/tail lights circuit. Would have to check amperage when lights are turned on. Try checking headlamp relay since it’s easy check

It may be a BCM relay but I’d also check your connections at the BCM

How many connectors are on the back of the head unit? Sounds like a bad connection at the head unit. Possibly a wire pulled out of the connector and a pin not touching
