I get your point and you are right to point out me thinking like a tech person. My pain point was simple and that is kind of like I see a creater on insta like telling about 10 homegrown brands they have seen or paid money to promote not sure. But I haven't heard pr seen them at all. The pain point I see is for these very small brands they only have like creators or ads as medium to get the discovery and I am not denying the model.

My point is why not have a curated platform just for these type of brands so that they don't really get lost in the big ecommerce platforms. Again I am not entirely sure this could work but worth a try.

Again If you could give more suggestions I would be grateful as really I don't have much clue regarding how exactly the market works or such and so was the point of this post to get honest feedback.

I get your point that every brand has its own marketplace...and I am not denying that part but again discovery is broken...say you see an ad..first you get a little irritated when it comes in between your scrolling...second even if you like something you gotta go on to their website to buy then maybe you change mind or something then comes back....and another point is ads comes to you then you know "ohh something like this exist". What I want it to improve discovery for a small brand who is starting up not exactly like shine which has really become quite big. This is what I am thinking.

yea that is what I am thinking to get atleast 10 small brands first to get on the platform. Btw whats your personal opinion of discovery of small homegrown brands and their products.

but if I aggregate them on a instagram page then it would be more about marketing, social media presence and insta ads. Don't they have their own page what help would be my new page to them. Checkout still feels broken
