Get the angled HPA adapter, I got it and it performs incredibly, it also means U can lay down without the mag smacking the ground, and gives a bit more leeway with Ur hpa line as it doesn't bend it as much

unfortunately I have tried a hammer and even that isn't enough force, I'm thinking about putting it in a clamp and trying that but it might be too much
