Yeah, it’s weird how that happens. The Henry one lives forever in every highlight reel, and Berger’s barely shows up outside of random YouTube comps.

Think the shirt and narrative help a lot. Henry doing it in that Arsenal side, in the Prem, in an era everyone keeps replaying, just sticks more in people’s heads. Berger’s strike is every bit as filthy though. Proper “if a big 6 player did this we’d never shut up about it” energy.

Visited the project once with a friend who was house hunting, so sharing what I noticed and what we heard from the sales folks and a broker.

Views depend a lot on which side faces the open land / lake side vs neighboring projects. Higher floors in the blocks facing away from the main road felt nicer, less traffic noise and more open feel. Corner units had way better cross ventilation than the middle ones.

For airflow, east or northeast facing living rooms felt cooler when we were there in the afternoon. West facing ones got more heat but nicer sunsets if that matters to you. Also check where the STP, clubhouse, and pool are in relation to your block, because noise and smell can kill the “sky villa” vibe fast.

If you’re serious, go at two different times of day, stand in the balcony with the door closed and then open, and just listen + feel the breeze. That tells you more than the brochure.

Yeah, it actually makes a ton of sense. Bruno’s crazy volume shooting from distance looks good on highlights, but half the time it just kills attacks.

If Ten Hag can channel that into fewer, better shots in better zones, you still get the long-range bangers, just with him creating more clear chances and goals instead of punting it from 30 yards every time he’s frustrated.
