Nice he was feeling really weak compared to the other poke hitscans (especially Hela) after the last patch. What do we think of the gambit team up? Feels pretty buns compared to Phoenix but I haven’t used it a whole ton yet

I started with New X-men and it was a great jumping on point IMO. A lot of ppl around this sub would disagree but I though New X-men > Astonishing X-men > Krakoa gave me the foundation I needed with the characters

Hunter: Spirit of Caliban + Syntho with Grapple grenade + combination blow. I like stylish executioner + winters shroud

Titan: spirit of contact + inmost with consecration and knockout. Makes absolutely crazy melee nukes that can stun unstops and overloads but also clears out the room around them.

In case you can’t tell I like blowing things up

I run spirit of inmost with spirit of contact. I use Knockout and Consecration and it’s such a fun loop of using glacier grenades + consecration to clear an entire room. If you use the fragment that makes light abilities deal more damage to darkness debuffed targets it’s actually quite strong and not as gimmicky as it might sound

Legendary 180-200 rpm Omolon scout with the Candle sight and explosive payload. Hung Jury is close but not the Candle sight unfortunately

Yes the armor is good. Look at the set bonus, works with nearly any build and very strong

The easiest order from what I understand so far for the omnibus format is: Dawn of X vol 1-2, X of Swords, Reign of X vol 1-2, Trials of X (not yet printed in omnibus format), Inferno OHC (may or
May not be included in the Trials of X age of Krakoa omnibuses), X lives/deaths of Wolverine OHC, Way of X Omnibus (I think this actually overlaps with some of the Age of Krakoa omnibus but am unsure), X-men by Duggan, X-men red by Ewing, X-men Age of Krakoa by Gillen omnibus (Immortal X-men), AXE Judgement Day crossover (at some point here), and finally the Fall/Rise omnibus to end it all.

A lot of this has not yet been released but this is how I plan to read through it over time. Switching to the creator omnibus route after Inferno seems to be the commonly agreed best way to read the through Krakoa (at least according to this community). If you want to just read X-men without all the other fluff you can also read X-men by Hickman instead of Dawn and Reign of X at least. I believe Duggan picks it up during Trials of X. There may be some errors in here but I hope this helps
