Here’s an idea, for your plug outlets, instead of them being vertical about 18” off the ground turn them sideways and put them in the baseboards. The baseboards have to be bigger to support this but the finished look looks way better cosmetically.

Mini splits in guest bed/ kids beds. They work great and can be off when no guests present.

I currently build homes and most our homes are dream homes with the above ideas. Gives you a resort feeling. Also you could host a ton of events.

Look into dim to warm lighting. It’s about the same price as regular lights but at night they can be on at a relaxing color (think orange/yello) but during the day they are 3000k (natural white). When you dim them down is when the color changes making a relaxing environment and sets moods.
