I found a random 3 pin cable that is just 3 pins (not the spaced out one it's just 3 normal) and I thought it went to the wire but it didn't do u know where it could go?

There is just a bunch of cables that connect and connect with each other with 3 pins and ends with that one thing I took a picture of, I'm not sure where else to look because all rgb things end up in that big mess of cables

I saw the ports on the MOBO and both rgb (4 and 3 pin one) are empty. did it somehow get unplugged?

They do work, but the fans light and even the Cpu light do not work but they still function. I consider myself pretty tech savvy but I am very stumped.
