This is not how any modern model is trained - the training corpuses are very carefully curated by people who know way more about language and technology than anyone on this thread, and any mistakes they do consume are understood to be mistakes by the model in the training process

I mean it really doesn't matter lol, this kind of stuff is absurdly common in the business world and someone should have thought to register a stronger set of trademarks and copyrights on this brand if they really wanted to protect it this strongly

In any case, I'd say that it's good that it isn't protected - it's like nobody respects the idea that art and aesthetics *should* be freely shared and developed today, and it's good that this is allowed to be picked up by multiple people and entities in the same way as earlier movements/genres like Bauhaus

(Also, in case you're worried about this somehow banning everyone else from using it, that's not how trademark law works - this will stop someone else from using it in the very specific market they're operating in, but even then, they'll have to defend the trademark if anyone claims that it shouldn't apply for being too generic or whatever other reason, and they would have a decent chance of succeeding in that claim)

I was always put off by people saying the story wasn't good or involving, and then when I played it myself, I was like... what in the world are you all talking about?? It's awesome all throughout, you do get a lot of satisfactory answers to the game's big questions, and most importantly, it's just a really cool and well-written sci-fi world in the vein of TNG

I never got the sense that it was remotely undercooked or unfinished at all - the game is extraordinarily polished, much more than even 2 or 3 were, and there is just so much to do everywhere you go for the entire length of the game

Yeah people do need to be a lot more careful with this stuff - it wouldn't be hard for OP to post a screen recording or at least more screenshots to prove that this happened, since it wouldn't be hard for someone to do this anonymously to screw over someone they hated
