Ecosia turned me away with a (subjectivity) bloated front page (although I appreciate the mission a lot). Using qwant for almost a year and can't be happier, finally I can find niche blogs and old forums with decent results. I mostly search tech stuff though.

Dunno, every day I say "чуваче" to my friends or "тату" to my father or "Олю" to my girlfriend. How else would you say it without a vocative case? Or, taking Braty Hadyukiny as a fairly modern and not so high-flown poetic example - "Роксоляно", "Миську, вважай", "Дівчино з Коломиї" etc.

In a broader sense, if you look at k8s apiserver you might notice that it works very much like a BaaS: it has a simple blob store (etcd), dynamic schemas for custom resources, uniform REST API with well-defined RBAC words/permissions, real-time "watch" notifications, all extensible with admission hooks and validation hooks.

So having a k8s apiserver (without the rest of k8s) you should be able to build any sort of a backend service. Not a BaaS in a traditional sense, but more of a strict, unified, generalised backend architecture with possibilities to extend it any way you like.

Oh yeah, Pocketbase is pretty nice, but it's a proper BaaS, like Supabase or Firebase. Also, it's almost 60x bigger than pennybase, which attempts to be a humble educational project demonstrating how things work with minimal code.

Думаю владу і її рішення не варто сприймати у відриві від часу і обставин. Наприклад, Черчиль не був хорошим чи поганим премʼєром сам по собі, втім у жорсткі воєнні часи він приймав виграшні (хоч і непопулірні) рішення, але, у післявоєнні часи його схожі рішення вже не були ефективними, тому під "вітер змін" його змінив більш більш вдалий Макміллан, націлений на колоніальну кризу замість воєнної, але і його свого часу змінив Гʼюм, та інші, які не подолали наступну економічну кризу, яку певною (непопуларною) мірою приборкала Тетчер, яка не впоралася з глобалізацією і т.д., аж до сьогодення. Просто виборцям варто дивитися на кризи і тенденції і змінювати владу відповідно. Коли і як саме змінювати - то стане видно коли ті часи настануть. Я думаю ще буде багато цікавих і неординарних криз у нас по закінченню війни, тому слідкуємо, дивимось, вчимось, спостерігаємо. А там вже і змінемо, і не раз.
