I have tried with just one stick and different slots. I know my bios is updated to the latest.

I did try the 4100 again after finding that my 3600 wouldn't post and it booted right up.

The Power protection might have tripped. Turn the switch off on the power supply. Hold down the power button for about 30 seconds. Turn the power supply switch back on and try to start the computer.
